2. Services Provided

DSS offers a wide range of electricity and gas services, including:

  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of electricity and gas systems

  • Meter installation and replacement

  • Main line services

  • Leak detection, troubleshooting, and system upgrades

  • Utility and gas provider changes
    These services are available for both residential and commercial properties. The scope of work will be agreed upon prior to service commencement.

3. Service Availability

Our electricity and gas services are available 24/7. DSS reserves the right to schedule services at a convenient time for both parties. In case of an emergency or urgent utility/gas issue, DSS will respond promptly to ensure safety and continuity.

4. Payment Terms

  • Charges for services will be provided in advance, with 50% advance payment required before work begins, and the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

  • In the event of delayed or missed payments, DSS reserves the right to charge late fees and suspend further services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information regarding electricity or gas issues and grant DSS technicians access to the property to complete the service.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the work area is safe, accessible, and free of hazards.

6. Pricing and Estimates

  • DSS provides initial estimates and quotes for services based on information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on the scope of work.

  • Any additional work not covered in the initial estimate will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.

7. Liability and Warranty

  • DSS guarantees that all electricity and gas services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.

  • DSS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Warranties on materials and workmanship are provided for specific repairs, with terms outlined in the service agreement.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring charges. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

  • If a service does not meet agreed standards or is incomplete, DSS will provide a remedy such as rework or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

DSS is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.

10. Force Majeure

DSS will not be held liable for any delay or failure in service delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or equipment malfunctions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DSS operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.
