- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free of any hazards.
- DSS provides initial estimates and quotes for services based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on the scope of the work.
- Any additional work not covered in the initial estimate will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.
- DSS guarantees that all services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, DSS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- For specific repairs, DSS offers warranties on materials and workmanship, the terms of which will be provided during the service agreement.
- Customers may cancel scheduled services with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice without incurring any charges. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
- If a service does not meet the agreed standards or is incomplete, DSS will offer a remedy, such as rework or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
